Aviv Madmon - CEO
Aviv Madmon is an experienced technology executive with a massive SQL background record of success at both start-up and enterprise levels. In 2005, Madmon was an expert technology leader at FutureIT, an innovative developer of database management products.
Following a successful acquisition by DBA Services, and as a founder of the company Madmon played key roles in sales, product management and marketing, contributing to DBA Services phenomenal growth from a small, privately-held company to a worldwide software provider with increased sales in the international market. Since the Acquisition in 2010, Madmon serves as group CEO and director of DBA Services and DBSophic Pro. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Microsoft degrees in SQL Server environment.
Ami Levin - Co-Founder
Ami Levin is a Microsoft SQL Server MVP, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. For the past 12 years he has been consulting, teaching and speaking on SQL Server worldwide. He manages the Israeli SQL Server user group, leads the local support forum, and is a regular speaker at Microsoft conferences.

Eric Twig - Senior Business Development Manager
Eric Twig is responsible for leading DBSophic's worldwide sales and marketing efforts. With over 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the Microsoft SQL Server environment, among other things, Eric's responsibility is to guide the rapid growth of the DBSophic sales organization and its strategies.
Prior to DBSophic Eric was part of the Sales Team of FutureIT a company traded in the Nasdaq OTC. and developed tools for the management of Microsoft SQL Server Environment.
Eric holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the Open University.
Ray Maor - Director of R&D
Ray Maor is an experienced R&D leader, developer and architect. A graduate of the IDF’s Mamram programming school, Maor served for several years as a DBA and Team Leader. He went on to consult to the R&D teams of leading technology providers and other companies including HP Israel (Mercury), CA, EDS, Digital Fuel and Bank HaPoalim.
Since joining DBSophic, Maor has led the development of the company’s product line. He holds a B.Sc. in Management and Computer Science from the Open University.
